genius, danni!  i am always looking for ingredient substitutions too.  like what if i don't have buttermilk (who does?), or sour cream for my delish cookies?  no more guessing at measurements.  love it.

I think this is a very clever invention but definitely not one I would buy. You need to be in the kitchen A LOT more than I am in order for this to be worth it.

I can say that the useful information you have presented here is very nice regarding kitchen.
Many of the useful tips and gaining knowledge from it are mentioned in it which can help in understanding it much nicely as like cooking time for vegetables, freezing instructions, defrosting times, roasting times for birds, etc.
