If this is the wave of the future I’m sad. This is a pet you definitely don't want to snuggle with, but is infinitely easier to care for. Hmmmm, it’s quite the conundrum. This "Pet Cactus" stands 1.75" tall and can grow up to 4.5". Not really sure why the Pocket Plant would take off except for working professionals with no time, money or energy to care for a real pet but still feel the need to nurture... your guess is as good as mine. This cute little plant requires little water, can be left in scorching heat and direct sunlight (in your car for example) and will be totally fine. It's definitely tougher than any of my previous green-thumb attempts. So- if you're looking for unconditional love with little effort and subsequently little, if any, return. The Pocket Plant should do it! If you have an invention, awesome or not, I'd love to hear about it, or if you want to get your ideas made into a prototype or something sweet try this out.
